I. TOURIST VISA
Documents Required:
1. Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months
2. Visa application form completely filled out
3. Two recent photographs of applicant (4×6 cm)
4. Working certificate ( in English)
5. Full paid confirmed roundtrip air ticket
6. Financial means ( 20,000 Baht per person and 40,000Baht per family )
7. Consular officers reserve the rights to request for additional document as deemed necessary
8. Copy required:
- One copy of air ticket
- Two copies of the passport page which his/her photograph is attached
II. TRANSIT VISA
Documents Required:
1. Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months
2. Visa application form completely filled out
3. Two recent photographs of applicant (4×6 cm)
4. Full paid confirmed roundtrip air ticket
5. Evidence of adequate finance 20,000 Baht per person and 40,000Baht per family
6. Visa of a third country in a passport or travel document
7. Letter of invitation stating the application’s participation in sports activities in the Kingdom ( only for the applicant who wish to participate in sports activities )
8. Consular officers reserve the rights to request for additional document as deemed necessary
9. Copy required:
- One copy of visa of a third country
- One copy of air ticket
- Two copies of the passport page which his/her photograph is attached
III. NON-IMMIGRANT VISA
1. NON “B”
Documents Required:
1. Visa application form completely filled out
2. Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months
3. Five recent photographs of applicant (4×6 cm)
4. Full paid confirmed air ticket
5. Applicant’s identity card and its copy
6. Company’s letter of certification stating the applicant’s position, salary and purpose of stay in the Kingdom
7. Copy of the company’ business license
8. Letter of acceptance from the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare
9. Original letter of a company or issued by the Thai authorities concerned (either in Thai or English ) notifying the name and position of the undersigned and stating the objective of the applicant’s visit, duration of stay and assumption of responsibility during his/her stay
10. Copy of identity card of the person extending the invitation
11. Copy of the passport page which his/her photograph is attached, copy of the passport page which his/her visa is attached, copy of work permit ( only for foreigner extending the invitation )
12. Copy of the company’s incorporation registration certificate
13. Copy of letter of certification of company registration declaring the names of the directors and objectives of the company’s establishment
14. Document showing correspondence with trading partners in Thailand
15. Company’s employment contract indicating rationale for hiring the applicant as well as his/her salary, position and qualifications
16. Work permit ( in case the applicant previously worked in the Kingdom )
17. Copy of educational records of the applicant and letters of recommendation from the prior employers, identifying job description and length of service time
18. Document indicating the number of foreign tourists (for tourist business only ), or document indicating export transactions issued by banks (for export business only )
19. Evidence of adequate finance (20,000Baht per person and 40,000Baht per family)
20. Documents must be signed by authorized managing director and affixed the seal of the company
21. Consular officers reserve the rights to request for additional documents as deemed necessary
22. Copy required:
- One copy of air ticket
- Four copies of the passport page which his/her photograph is attached
2. NON “O”
Documents Required:
1. Visa application form completely filled out
2. Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months
3. Five recent photographs of applicant (4×6 cm)
4. Full paid confirmed air ticket
5. Applicant’s identity card and its copy
6. Invitation letter (in English or Thai version) stating the objective of the applicant’s visit, duration of stay and assumption of responsibility during his/her stay, detail address in Thailand and phone number
7. Copy of identity card of the person extending the invitation
8. Copy of household registration
9. Copy of the passport page which his/her photograph is attached, copy of the passport page which his/her visa is attached, copy of work permit ( only for foreign inviter )
10. Company’s letter of certification stating the inviter’s position, salary and the relationship with applicant , the objective of the applicant’s visit
11. Copy of identity of certifier
12. Copy of the passport page which his/her photograph is attached, copy of the passport page which his/her visa is attached, copy of work permit ( only for foreign certifier )
13. Copy of the company’s incorporation registration certificate
14. Copy of letter of certification of company registration declaring the names of the directors and objectives of the company’s establishment
15. Birth Certificate and its copy
16. Certificate of Marriage or its equivalents and its copy

3. NON “ED”
Documents Required:
1. Visa application form completely filled out
2. Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months

5. Applicant’s identity card and its copy
6. Transcript/Letter of acceptance from the concerned schools/universities or institutes qualified to enroll foreigners
7. Letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (only for the applicant who wish to study in A.I.T University )
8. Original receipt of tuition fee and its copy
9. Copy required:
- One copy of air ticket
- Four copies of the passport page which his/her photograph is attached

Overstaying in Thailand upon the expiry of the visa will be subjected to a fine from 500-20,000 Baht
VI. List of countries which are declared Yellow Fever Infected Areas
The Ministry of Public Health has issued regulations that applicants who have travelled from or through the countries which have been declared Yellow Fever Infected Areas must provide an International Health Certificate proving that they have received a Yellow Fever vaccination.
The International Health Certificate must be submitted together with the visa application form. The traveler will also have to present the said certificate to the Immigration Officer upon arrival at the port of entry in the Kingdom. As for those nationals of the countries listed below but who have not travelled from/through those countries, such a certificate is not required. However, they should possess concrete evidence showing that their domicile is not in an infected area so as to prevent unnecessary inconvenience.

I. 旅游签证（适用于中国大陆护照持有者）

注：中国公民可以在泰国办理落地旅游签证，但是中国内地的出入境不允许没有第三国签证的公民出境。
